Pimples are most common in teenagers and young adults going through hormonal changes.

According to Wikipedia, a pimple is a kind of comedy that results from excess sebum and dead skin cells getting trapped in the pores of the skin. It’s a common skin disease that affects most people at some point in their lives. They’re most likely to occur during one of the teenage years, menstruation, or pregnancy.

Causes of pimples :

  • Hormonal changes, e.g., puberty, or pregnancy
  • Excess oil production
  • Medications, e.g., corticosteroids
  • Stress
  • Diets

Here are some of the ways you can get rid of pimples:

1.Use a good skincare routine:

Washing your face with mild soap daily will help the pimples clear up. You can also apply a skin cleanser that contains benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid on the face. Popping the pimples will make it worse, so keep your hands off your face.

2. Apply Aloe vera on your face

Aloe vera contains antibacterial and antioxidant properties, which makes it effective for the treatment of pimples. You can apply aloe vera on your face twice daily or leave it on overnight and wash it with a gentle cleanser in the morning.

3. Use facemask

Pimples can also be treated with homemade face masks, although it’s not a long-time remedy. Face masks contain antioxidant-rich products that help soothe the skin and prevent future breakouts.

4.Use tea-tree oil

Tea tree oil is very effective at reducing pimples. Tea tree oil is obtained from the leaves of the Melaleuca plant. It helps reduce inflammation and acne-causing bacteria.

5. Apply green tea on the face:

Green tea contains epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), which aids in the reduction of sebum (oil) exceptions on the skin. Applying green tea on the face can reduce pimples. You can either drink green tea, take supplements that contain green tea, or apply the liquid on your face with a cotton bud.
