The Ekwueme crooner passed on yesterday Friday in her forties at an Abuja hospital.
Before her death, Osinachi was a singer, songwriter known popularly for her song Ekwueme in collaboration with Prospa Ochimana.
Ekwueme gulp a whooping over 71 million views on Youtube.
She usually does her thing in Igbo language, a people from southeastern part of Nigeria.
Osinachi leave behind her husband and her four children.
Since news of her death, fans have being on social media sending in their tributes messages to her family.
Edwin Alex, a gospel singer exclaimed that Osinachi’s death has denied him an opportunity to collaborate with the late singer.
"Just 6 days ago, I called Mr. Peter Nwachukwu to declare my intentions to do a song with is wife, Osinachi Nwachukwu and have her on my next meeting as well….", Edwin write on Facebook.
“The husband accepted my request, but ask me to give am time to pray about it.
“I was in Abuja on Monday and called him again, with response he would call me back the next day.
